Important
Students admitted after the last date of admission shall not be considered for enrolment
in the University and therefore shall not be permitted to appear at the University examinations.
The Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor has special power to permit the admission of eligible candidates on a
case-to-case basis within thirty days from the last date of admission.

6. Special instructions from the University
- This academic calendar must be displayed on the notice board and brought to the notice of all students.

For late submission of forms and other documents to the University, the college authorities shall be
held responsible for the payment of late fees as stipulated in the calendar.

All admissions shall be provisional till the University approves them after due scrutiny
of all documents of the admitted students.
-
All principals shall send the list of students admitted in their colleges to the University
on or before 30.07.2025.
-
Students admitted after the last date of admission shall not be considered for enrolment and shall not
be permitted to appear at the University examinations.

Original Transfer Certificates, Migration Certificates, mark-sheets and other essential documents must be
brought by the college to the University for verification before 13.08.2025, along with
duly filled enrolment forms and the requisite fees.

All admitted students must obtain eligibility from the University before admission on payment of the
prescribed fees.

The Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor has the special power to permit the admission of eligible candidates on a
case-to-case basis within thirty days from the last date of admission.
- Theory and practical examinations may also be held on Sundays and public holidays.
