Fee Structure

Programme-wise complete fee structure as approved by the Fee Regulating Authority (FRA).

The figures marked in the table are to be replaced with the amounts in the current FRA / University fee-approval letter of the college — the approval letter was not part of the source documents supplied. Every other item on this page is taken from official records.

Programme-wise fee structure — 2025–2026

The fees payable by a student admitted to the First Year are made up of the college fee (retained by the institution) and the University fees (collected by the college and remitted to Kavikulaguru Kalidas Sanskrit University, Ramtek).

University late fees (payable to KKSU)

These amounts are fixed by the University in the Academic Calendar 2025–2026 and are charged only when a form is submitted after the prescribed date.

Modes of payment

At the college counter

Cash, demand draft or cheque drawn in favour of “Abhinav Mahavidyalaya, Buldhana”, payable at Buldhana. An official numbered receipt is issued immediately.

Online / NEFT

Direct transfer to the college bank account. Quote your name, programme and mobile number in the remarks and submit the transaction reference at the office to obtain the receipt.

Through MahaDBT

Students eligible for Government freeships and scholarships pay only the non-refundable heads; the remaining fee is credited directly under the scheme. See Scholarships.

Always insist on a receipt No fee should be paid to any individual without obtaining an official, numbered college receipt. Retain all receipts — they are required for scholarship claims, refunds and income-tax purposes.

Important notes

Fees are charged strictly as approved by the Fee Regulating Authority (FRA), Maharashtra and by Kavikulaguru Kalidas Sanskrit University, Ramtek. No amount over and above the approved fee is collected.
University fee heads (enrolment, eligibility, examination, convocation) are collected by the college and remitted to the University; they are revised by the University from time to time.
Students belonging to categories covered by Government freeship / EBC / scholarship schemes must submit their MahaDBT application within the notified window; fee concessions are adjusted only after the application is verified.
The caution money / library deposit is refundable on completion or discontinuation of the programme, after deduction of dues, on submission of the original receipt.
